Christ in the flesh, rejoice with trembling and with joy, with trembling because of your sins, with joy because of your hope.”

Dear Lord Jesus, I tremble when I imagine the donkey ride for your mother. I tremble when I think Joseph putting on a brave face for Mary. I shiver at the thought of your manger bed. The Master of all the world lays His head on a pillow of straw. I pray I can open my heart for you to make your abode. Beloved Christmas Miracle, save me, I wait and long for your coming
