Words that Dazzle

I have been thinking about words that dazzle maybe the word I am thinking of rather than dazzle is words that sing. Words that feel good sloshing around in your mouth. Words you need and want to wrap your tongue around. Words that splatter in, out and around your teeth. Words you want to sing. After saying enough of these words, you may feel all kind of mawkish.

A word that comes to mind right away for me is: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

When I was a kid, my sister learned to say this word before me but I was the older sister. I can remember trying really hard to learn how to wrap my memory and tongue around this word. Pronouncing words still sometimes is challenging for me. I would never make it as a radio announcer. But in my heart and soul I still love words that beg to be sung.

What is your word that dazzles you?

I found a box of magnet words at a thrift store and I knew I had to have them. I put them on my refrig and after my kids leave from visiting I am blessed with nuggets of wisdom, laughter and whimsy, but always a treasure for sure. :)

Music is what words wish they could be.
