“The simple shepherds heard the voice of an angel and found their lamb, the wise men saw a light of a star and they found their wisdom.”
Dear Lord Jesus,
Please Lord, I want to hear the voice of an angel, I want to see the light of the star, I want to find the wisdom you have in store for me. Open my eyes so I may see. Open my ears so I may hear. Open my mind so I may behold your gifts of mercy and grace. Jesus heal me of all my weaknesses. Christmas Miracle, I wait and long for your coming.
Watchman, Tell Us of the Night
Watchman, tell us of the night;
Higher yet that star ascends.
Traveler, blessedness and light,
Peace and truth its course portends.
Watchman, will its beams alone
Gild the spot that gave them birth?
Traveler, ages are its own;
See, it bursts over all the earth.
