I am excited to share my news! I received an email today congratulating me on five of my photos were selected for Honorable Mention in the City of Mankato 2015 Calendar Contest. Here is how the email read:

Dear Terri DeGezelle,

Thank you for participating in the 2015 city of Mankato calendar photo contest. Pat Christman, a photographer for The Free Press, judged the photographs. With so many photo entries to choose from, selecting the winners was difficult.

Congratulations on your photographs, “Prepare,” “Justice,” “Lincoln,” “Peace,” and “Morning sky” winning honorable mention. As honorable mentions, your photos may be used in city communication projects.
No photo selected for the calendar itself, but close!! I still enjoy the photos I did submit.
